Café Tochi no Chaya

It is a cafeteria on the first floor. It is the closest to the Statue of Women, the last masterpiece of sculptor Kotaro Takamura. There is a Japanese-style room / hall, and a Western-style toilet for people with reduced mobility. The food is Japanese and uses local ingredients. Customers are pleased with the natural Himemasu meals.
